Taxes & Gratuities

All room rates are subject to a 12% charge for government taxes and gratuities. A 10% gratuity is added to all Food and beverage purchases.

Cancelling a Reservation

Your initial nonrefundable 50% reservation deposit covers cancellation up to 31 days of arrival. Your second 50% reservation deposit due 30 days prior to arrival covers cancellation within 30 days of scheduled arrival. Because a substantial portion or all of your room cost is non-refundable, we strongly suggest purchasing trip insurance.

Holding a Reservation

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equal to 50% of the room reservation request is required upon booking. The balance is payable no later than 31 days prior to arrival and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Failure to pay the second deposit will result in cancellation of the room reservation.

Modifying a Reservation

You may modify your reservation, subject to availability. A rate change may be applicable based on the change of arrival and departure dates.
