Beachfront Bungalows
Fourteen unique beach cottages dappled over 900 of pink and white sand beach, each as charming and original as the guests who return to our wonderful little resort year after year. All of our cottages look out over beautiful South Hole Sound and the gin clear turquoise water shimmers with the sun, and the moon.
All cottages have private baths, outside decks, and air-conditioning.
Some bungalows have a king bed, others two queens. Many have an additional day bed overlooking South Hole Sound Lagoon. About half of the bungalows feature private outdoor showers

Bungalow Amenities
- All bungalows are air-conditioned, and include mini-refrigerators and alarm clocks.
- Nope, no TV! Bring a good book or your e-reader.
- Hair dryers and ironing boards are available on request, but we don’t get too many of those!
- Rooms DO NOT have mini-safes, or door keys for that matter! This is the Caribbean as you imagine it – totally safe. Everyone is family here. The front desk has a safe for safekeeping valuables.
Bungalow Prices and Packages
Bungalows are offered as minimum five night vacation packages. Additional nights can be added to the package, and generally speaking, the longer you stay the lower the cost of nightly room and board. If you buy a dive or fish package when you make your reservation, the cost of diving or fishing is much less than if you buy a la carte upon arrival.
Room packages include airport pickup, room charge for an ocean front bungalow, 3 meals daily, resort fee & room taxes, complimentary use of club kayaks, bicycles, and towels, island transport on request. Non-alcoholic & alcoholic beverages are charged separately. Supplements apply for rental of the Blossom Cottage and Honeymoon Suite.

Fishing and Diving Package Prices
Southern Cross Club offers fishing packages and 2 or 3 tank per day dive packages. There are some special dives for which a surcharge is added, such as night dives, dusk dives, or trips to the Tibbett’s Wreck off Cayman Brac. Fishing packages include one flats fishing session per day (rod rental and tackle not included). Pre-paid diving and fishing credits can be swapped for equal value.

Pre-Trip Payment and Cancellation
Cancellations outside of 45 days are assessed a US$100 per person cancellation fee. Within 45 days of arrival, packages are non-refundable. If guests must cancel between 15-45 days prior to arrival, a 75% credit will be available at the club for their use anytime within one year of cancellation. Any cancellations received less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable and have no club credits unless you are able to find a replacement for the booking.
Trip insurance should be considered. We recommend Travel Guard Sportsman’s Travel Insurance, America’s leading provider of travel insurance and assistance programs. For information on their travel policies or check such aggregator sites as Insuremytrip.com or Squaremouth.com.
Early Departure Credit Policy
A credit of 20% of your unused pre-paid package will be extended, good for one year after the day of your early departure. Any charges outside of the pre-paid package (i.e. bar or gift shop purchases) cannot be used as a credit towards your unused deposit and must be paid in full at checkout. Please make sure you receive a SCC Credit Card when you check out.
Refunds on Unused Prepaid Activity Packages
If you miss a pre-paid activity, for whatever reason, you can apply a credit equal to the full value of the activity you missed to the same or other activity of equal value. For example, if you were unable to participate in one of the morning 2-tank dive trip included with your dive package, you have a credit for a morning 2-tank dive, or activity of equal value (diving, dive instruction or fishing). You can use this credit at any time during your stay. The credit is valid only for fishing or diving outside of pre-paid package activities.
In the unlikely event Southern Cross Club has a problem (i.e. mechanical failure) preventing you from enjoying any part of your activity credit (diving or fishing) then you are due a refund for the value of the diving or fishing you missed. The refund will be the dollar amount you paid in your activity package. This refund will be sent to your home from our U.S. office
Check in Time
Arrival times are open, and bungalows are generally ready upon arrival. Club management should be contacted to confirm your intended arrival schedule.
Check Out Time
Departure time depends on whether the bungalow has an arrival the same day. Club management does their best to accommodate late checkouts.
Meal Plan
Room rates include full breakfast and lunch buffet, and dinner a la carte. Beverages are not included.
Taxes
Taxes are included in Package Prices.
Holding a Reservation
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equal to 25% of the room reservation request is required within day days booking. The balance is payable no later than 45 days prior to arrival and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Failure to pay the second deposit will result in cancellation of the room reservation.
Modifying a Reservation
You may modify your reservation, subject to availability. A rate change may be applicable based on the change of arrival and departure dates.
