Regardless if you’re coming by boat, or bringing your boat, we have the perfect marina at which to tie up at during your visit.
Our Outpost Crew has created a partnership with one of the “top of class” marina operators in Florida and now, as a guest of the Outpost, you’ll have transient slip rental privileges at their state of the art marina, just minutes from the resort.
It’s located at: N 27°42.824 W 82°40.727 on pristine Frenchman’s Creek. To locate the marina Click Here. Situated just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, the marina has 143 slips for vessels up to 60 feet , fuel facilities, pool and a Captain’s Lounge featuring cable TV, complimentary gourmet coffee, and popcorn; local newspapers and nautical publications, a bar area, card tables, and billiards. Loggerhead Marina hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but advanced arrangements may be made with the dock master for other arrival times.
Our partnership requires us to handle reservations, so you must book directly with the hotel in order to secure your slip rental. We’ll arrange the details to your satisfaction once we know your arrival and departure dates, vessel size and any other special requirements.
Vessel clearance must be 21 feet or less due to a fixed bridge condition between the marina and open water. To learn more about the Loggerhead Club & Marina facility, click here.
President Thomas Jefferson created the U.S. Coast Survey in 1807 to provide nautical charts that would help the young nation with safe shipping, national defense, and maritime boundaries. Two centuries later, Coast Survey – now an office within NOAA – continues to provide navigation products and services that ensure safe and efficient maritime commerce on America’s oceans and coastal waters.
If you’re planning to navigate in and around Tampa Bay, we’ve provided convenient links to current NOAA charts of the Tampa Bay area, and of the Gulf of Mexico from Key West to the Mississippi River. Chart 1141 offers the most detail of the waters around Long Key (St. Pete Beach)
