These harbourfront cottages are the rooms of choice, and offer the ultimate in privacy! If you’re running about in a center console, most of the Turtle Point cottages have their own private patio and dock projecting into the harbour for the ultimate in convenience and style. Studios are equipped with a small refrigerator while the larger units come complete with a full kitchen. All these cottages are individually and tastefully decorated with island-style décor. For those looking to really unplug from life back home, some of the units are not even equipped with television… so be sure to let us know your preference!

Guestroom Conveniences
All rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, 32″ LCD flat screen television, DVD player, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. Deluxe and Superior deluxe club rooms have 32” LCD flat screen televisions and DVD players. Complimentary use of an extensive DVD library is offered. For those looking to really unplug from life back home, some of Turtle Point Cottages are not even equipped with television…so be sure to let us know your room preference!
Meal Plan
An optional MAP meal plan is available for adult guests at most times during the year for an additional charge ($50 per person plus 15% gratuity). The plan includes full Breakfast, Gourmet Dinner (dinner includes salad, main entree, coffee and a 1/2 carafe of house wine).
Club Fee
A $1/day fee is charged to each room guest over age 12 for temporary Club Membership.
Taxes & Gratuities
All room rates are subject to a 22.5% charge for government taxes and gratuities. A 15% gratuity is added to all Food and beverage purchases .
Holding a Reservation
Requires a credit card prepayment to reserve your room, with TWO night room charge at time of booking. Minimum stays and additional deposits may be required during holidays and special events.
Cancelling a Reservation
There is a cancellation charge of $50 provided you cancel 14 days or more prior to confirmed arrival. Cancellation after this date will result a fee equal to TWO NIGHTS room charge plus tax, charged to your credit card, or against any reservation prepayment previously charged to your credit card.
Modifying a Reservation
You may modify your reservation, subject to availability. A rate change may be applicable based on the change of arrival and departure dates.
